There's nothing quite as satisfying as a clean and well-organized kitchen, pantry and fridge.
It's grande, smells like fresh veg, fruit and flowers. There might be some exotic incense burning, smelling like spicy cinnamon buns. The marble isle in the middle of the space is inviting me to cook up a delicacy.
That's the vibe I'm going for when I'm meal-planning. Dreamy, energizing, focussed.
...and in an ideal world, my dream kitchen would look like the one below, with a gorgeous view out on the yard-side infinity pool...

With meal-planning I can eliminate foods that makes me feel drowsy and demotivated.
I can instead bank on eating the foods I adore, to boost my energy, and efficiently pursue my goals. I feel more "put together" and less scatter-brained. It needs to taste good AND make me feel good throughout the day.
