As a so-called super food, bee pollen is considered so beneficial that the German federal board recognizes it as a medicine. I've stumbeld upon on it through fellow health coaches and thought it'd be fun to try. With its slightly sweet taste it can be sprinkled over your yoghurt, fruit, in a smoothie, or on top of a dessert. One tea spoon per day is all it takes.
