The 8 sweet benefits of bee pollen

As a so-called super food, bee pollen is considered so beneficial that the German federal board recognizes it as a medicine. I've stumbeld upon on it through fellow health coaches and thought it'd be fun to try. With its slightly sweet taste it can be sprinkled over your yoghurt, fruit, in a smoothie, or on top of a dessert. One tea spoon per day is all it takes.

They look like little decorative, crunchy balls and increase the esthetics appeal of any little dish from 0 to 100. And they're healthy...! I say: YES, welcome my little friends.

Bee pollen is said to:

  • relieve inflammation

  • work as an antioxidant

  • boost liver health

  • strengthen the immune system

  • work as a dietary supplement

  • ease symptoms of menopause

  • reduce stress

  • speed up healing
