Focus on consuming anti-inflammatory foods as part of your diet, avoid inflammation causing foods. Rather than restricting your diet, try introducing new healthy foods gradually to your diet; for example, try two new veggies per week and include veg as part of your lunch and dinner. Apply the same for other food groups; proteins, carbs and fruits.

It's also a question of how much food we have, and not as much a question of cutting out food; rather about balancing your plate. And in order for you to be able to balance your plate; cultivate a mindset where reasoning and common sense rule. Understand that no one eats perfectly, that it's normal to have days when you fall off the bandwagon and the 80/20 logic fails. That doesn't mean you're failing or that you've failed yourself, that's why labeling foods good and bad can be harmful. It's okay to have indulgent AND wholefoods in a week-day. Follow the 80/20 logic like this:
